Our Very Own "Science Guy"

Last Thursday, both the Beacons and the Sharks were treated to an excellent, special presentation by our very own "Seabury Science Guy". He is an outstanding teacher who had previously taught science and math at Seabury. Most importantly, he is the wonderful grandfather to a young lady Shark.

From the Power Point presentation and the hands-on science activities, we all learned so much about the different layers of the earth! Students thoroughly enjoyed using the different colored hand-made play dough to simulate the multi-layers of the earth. It was a wonderful time and we all are hopeful we'll have another presentation sometime in the near future with the awesome "Seabury Science Guy"
